Next Play Collective is a community-based nonprofit in Kern County dedicated to making competitive activities—like sports, performance, and other competitive programs—accessible to every young person, regardless of income or background.

To remove financial barriers so all youth can participate, belong, and thrive in competitive activities. 

A community where no child is sidelined because of cost.

• Provide scholarships and fee assistance for families.

• Partner with schools, leagues, and local groups to expand access.

• Create programs like MLS GO youth soccer, the Next Play 5K, and youth leadership opportunities.

Next Play Collective is governed by a volunteer board of directors and supported by community partners, donors, and volunteers.
