Next Play Rising is Next Play Collective’s youth leadership and development program, helping teens and young adults build skills, serve their community, gain hands-on experience, and explore future education and career pathways
Depending on the pathway and available opportunities, participants may also gain exposure to areas such as youth coaching, coaching-license development, refereeing, event support, outreach, nonprofit operations, and other community-based experiences.

NP RISING LEADERS
The Junior Ambassador program gives teens opportunities to develop leadership skills, contribute to their community, and gain practical experience through service, projects, mentorship, and involvement with Next Play Collective.
Next Play Rising Leaders builds on that foundation for young adults ready to take on greater responsibility, develop professional skills, and gain meaningful real-world experience through projects, mentorship, and hands-on involvement with NPC.
