We collect personal information such as names, contact details, player ages, jersey sizes, and emergency contacts through online registration systems and forms operated by TeamSnap and MLS GO.
Use of Information
This information is used only to administer programs, communicate with families, assign players to teams, and comply with MLS GO league requirements.
Sharing With Third Parties
Next Play Collective shares limited player and parent information with our technology and league partners—TeamSnap (for scheduling, communication, and livestreaming) and MLS GO (for league management and uniform fulfillment).

Photos, Video & Livestreams
NPC may capture photos or livestream games through TeamSnap Live. Families may request in writing that their child’s image not be used for promotional purposes.
Data Retention
Registration data is retained only as long as necessary to manage current seasons, meet reporting requirements, and comply with legal obligations.

Media, Photography & Social Media
Next Play Collective may capture photos and short videos during practices, games, or events for the purpose of celebrating players, promoting programs, and sharing community impact.
Images or videos may be shared on Next Play Collective’s website, Instagram, Facebook, or other official channels.
Parents or guardians who prefer that their child not appear in photos or media may opt out by notifying us in writing at info@nextplaycollective.org.
We will make every reasonable effort to honor these requests and exclude players from public posts or promotional materials.
