Refund Policy

Donations
All donations to Next Play Collective are non-refundable. Once a contribution is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If a donation was made in error or you have questions about your transaction, please contact us at info@nextplaycollective.org within 7 days, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Program Registrations

Registration fees for programs such as MLS GO or events (e.g., the Next Play 5K) are refundable according to the following schedule:

• Full refund if requested at least 3 weeks or more before the program start date.

• 50% refund if requested within 3 weeks of the program start date (this helps cover the cost of uniforms, gear, and other pre-ordered items).

• No refunds once the program has started.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@nextplaycollective.org.

If a program or event is canceled by Next Play Collective, all participants will receive a full refund.
